Exercise at home with MD Support Centre. Recorded by our specialist physical therapists, these videos are designed to help you maintain your strength and fitness from the comfort of your home.
Don’t forget, when using exercise videos, always work at your own pace and level. If something feels painful or uncomfortable, stop and seek advice from one of our team.
MDUK muscle groups
Muscular Dystrophy UK run a network of support groups across the UK, for people to share experiences and meet other people affected by muscle-wasting conditions. They run online and in-person Muscle Groups across ten regions of England and in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
