We are very excited to launch MD Support Centre’s Online Winter Wellness Hub!

Our first Winter Wellness Hub session will be to discuss respiratory health. On 21 February join our therapists and other service users online to exchange tips and advice on how to keep strong this winter!

In our second session on 4th April, we will be talking about nutrition and healthy eating with our wonderful guest speaker “The Mindful Chef “ Ian Taverner. Ian will be sharing his insights on nutrition, cooking some exciting new recipes for us live, and answering all your questions.

For more information on these events, including how to sign up, please visit our Events page here.

Join us for the first of our 10th Anniversary Celebration Dinners in Leicester at the Chef and Spice on 27th March. Bring your family and friends along to this Buffet style celebratory dinner and raise funds for the MD Support Centre. To purchase a ticket, please see our Events page here.
