Meg and Izzy are PhD researchers and qualified nutritionists at the University of Birmingham, with a shared passion for making nutrition clear, practical, and meaningful for people living with muscular dystrophy. Their work focuses on understanding how diet supports strength, wellbeing, and everyday function, and translating the science into advice people can realistically use in daily life. Both work closely with neuromuscular communities, valuing the insight and experiences of service users and ensuring their research is shaped by what really matters to people.
