Directions By Car
Follow A45 to Braunston Rd/A4256 in Daventry. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Braunston Rd/A45. After 0.3 miles, at the second roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on Braunston Rd/A45.
After approx. 3 min (1.3 mi), at the third roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Braunston Rd/A4256. Turn right onto Western Ave. After approx. 1 mile, turn right into Daventry and District Sports Club.
Directions By Bus
200 / D2 / D3 – approx two minutes bus ride and four minutes walk
From Daventry bus station (located at Tesco), take the 200 Banbury, D2 Northampton, or D3 Nothampton. Disembark after two stops opposite The Westway. Walk south on London Road, turn right onto Western Ave (just after the Shell garage). The entrance to Reach for Health is over the road, signed for Daventry and District Sports Club.
