Service User Focus Group
Join our newly relaunched Service User Focus Group and help shape the future of MD Support Centre under the leadership of our new CEO, Zoe Richardson.
The next session is on Monday, 17 November at 6.30pm.
As a user-led charity, your views are at the heart of everything we do. By taking part, you can influence our decisions, help shape future activities, and ensure all developments are guided by real lived experience. Your insight helps us improve services, explore new opportunities, and keep meeting the needs of our community.
About the group
The group meets once every three months for one hour, and is led by Zoe. Sessions are held online after office hours to make it easier for more people to join. You don’t need to attend every session – you are welcome to take part when you can.
Focus Group members play a vital role by:
- Giving honest feedback on ideas and plans shared by staff
- Suggesting new activities, services, or improvements the charity could explore
- Representing the needs of the wider service user community
- Helping to encourage others to join, bringing fresh voices and perspectives
How to take part
To join us on 17 November, email getintouch@mdsupportcentre.org by 12pm on 14 November. We will then send your invitation and further details.
Your experience and insight will directly shape the future of MD Support Centre. We would love for you to be part of this exciting relaunch.
