To meet the growing demand for services, the charity opened an additional satellite clinic in 2024, located in Daventry at the Reach for Health Centre. The new clinic features a comfortable treatment room, a fully accessible gym, and a welcoming community. Following the success of a pilot scheme at Reach for Health, the clinic doubled its provision to offer weekly physiotherapy sessions.

The new Daventry clinic serves individuals from the local area and beyond, including those from the Cambridgeshire fens and Buckinghamshire.

In the summer the charity also reintroduced aquatic exercise classes at the Xcel Leisure Centre. Over a six-week block during the summer holidays, followed by an additional week during the October half term, physiotherapists led two classes of ten service users each week through pool-based exercises. The classes included exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles, to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
