Take part in our 2025 Annual Service User Survey

Our 2025 Annual Service User Survey is now live and we need your feedback!

Help shape the future of MD Support Centre by having your say in our 2025 Annual Service User Survey. Launching today, the survey plays a vital part in helping us improve our services, tailor our support to the needs of our community, and secure vital funding.

Whether you access physiotherapy, osteopathy, online classes, or other support at MD Support Centre, your experiences and views are vital.

Why your feedback matters

Last year’s survey showed how much of a difference our support makes:

  • 94% agreed physiotherapy and osteopathy improved joint flexibility
  • 83% said our support helped keep them out of hospital
  • 81% felt the support prevented or slowed deterioration of their condition
  • 86% said our online support helped maintain their emotional wellbeing

This valuable feedback helps us understand what’s working well, where we can do better, and directly influences how we manage and develop the charity. It also plays a crucial part in demonstrating the impact of our work, helping us secure funding for the future.

Here’s what some of you shared last year:

“It gives me a sense of control and agency in the face of a progressive condition.”

“I’ve increased my range of movements and learnt how to exercise effectively. The difference has been remarkable.”

“It has improved my confidence and general mental health.”

Your input is crucial

After a fantastic response, we have extended the survey until the end of September. So have your say today and help shape the future of our charity. It only takes around ten minutes to complete, but your responses will have a lasting impact on the support we provide.

Please take a few moments to share your experience and help us make MD Support Centre even better.

Thank you for being part of our community and helping shape the future of MD Support Centre.
