Laura is Head of Delivery at the Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre, helping to ensure services are delivered effectively and continue to meet the needs of the community as the charity grows.

With more than 18 years' experience in the disability sector, Laura has worked across charities supporting people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and neurodivergence. She is passionate about ensuring service users' voices are heard and helping people achieve the best possible outcomes, independence and quality of life.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys paddleboarding, exploring new walking routes with her Labrador and husband, and spending time with her book club.
