Our annual Service User Survey is now open, and we are asking everyone who uses our services to take a few minutes to share their experiences.
Your feedback helps us understand the difference our support is making, identify where we can improve and shape the future of Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre.
Last year’s survey showed just how important this feedback is:
