Join MD Support Centre’s Wellness Hub: Worry Management and Positivity

You’re invited to the next session of our Wellness Hub, which will focus on worry management and positivity. If you’ve ever found yourself caught in a cycle of anxious thoughts or wish you could reframe your mindset for a more positive outlook, this session is for you.

Led by Claire Naya from The Recovery and Wellbeing Academy, the session will explore the thought patterns that often trap us in worry and provide practical tools to help shift these into a more positive and productive mindset. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with strategies that you can apply to your daily life to reduce worry and think more positively, regardless of life’s challenges.

Embrace positive change

Claire brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With three years of experience at Mind, Claire combines her professional expertise with her personal journey of self-development and healing. She is passionate about supporting others in transforming their “inner game” to foster a better daily life, despite difficult circumstances.

Claire shares:

“I feel a deep enthusiasm for mental health wellbeing. Many of us struggle with our feelings and thought patterns, unsure of how to break free. I am passionate about helping people apply what they learn in real life, so they can experience positive change. I consider myself a fellow student of life—every story shared by attendees helps me grow and learn too.”

Claire Naya will lead the worry management and positivity wellness hub

Claire’s role at the Recovery and Wellbeing Academy goes beyond teaching. She delivers online courses, co-hosts sessions with fellow tutors, and engages in outreach work to promote inclusion and build relationships with community leaders. This work aims to bring important mental health education to diverse groups, making it accessible to as many people as possible.

The Wellness Hub will be held online on 2 April, from 6 – 7.30 pm. To secure your spot, be sure to register early as we anticipate this event will be very popular!
