Dear Service Users,

In line with the relaxation of Government “lock down” restrictions for the
management of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to let you know that from 3 August 2020 we will be reopening our main Hereward College based clinic for face-to-face therapies.

Unfortunately, we will be operating on a very limited basis initially, providing care to existing service users with urgent clinical need and following rigorous risk assessment only. However, we plan to gradually extend access to face-to-face therapies over time, in a safe and controlled manner.

We look forward to welcoming you back to an MDSC location as soon as it is safe and comfortable to do so, but in the meantime we know that many of you have been benefitting from the online therapies that we have been providing during this unprecedented and challenging time. We are delighted with your feedback on the success of these offerings and we are excited to continue to make this support available to you now and into the future. Please find a reminder of the online guided therapies and support available below on this page. We’ll continue to post class reminders and other MDSC updates frequently on our Facebook page so do follow us on there to stay up to date.

As “lockdown” continues to ease and people’s circumstances change, we want to make sure that we keep connected with you, so please do keep in touch and drop us a line on 02476 100770 or email us at reception@mdsupportcentre.org. In particular, if you are experiencing pain or are concerned that your condition is not being adequately managed with online support, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how we can help.

Take care and stay well,

All the best from the MDSC Team
