MDSC remains open and we continue to provide support to our service users, but as you may expect there are some changes to how we do things as we put in place measures to ensure your safety and comfort.

Triage

In order to safely see you, we will triage you in a telephone appointment before confirming your physical appointment. This telephone consultation must take place before you attend so we advise you to contact us to book with as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a time and date that suits your schedule. The call will usually take around 30 minutes.

Your appointment

When you have been successfully triaged, our receptionist Vicki will contact you to book your appointment. As always, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please be aware that as slots are limited and demand remains high, that you may need to wait a little for specific days and times.

Visiting Us

We have made some changes to the configuration of our space, and these include more direct routes of entry to minimise any contact with people external to MDSC. For further details, please see the video below.

If you have any questions, please contact us on 02476 100 770 or appt@mdsupportcentre.org.
