Here at the Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre (MDSC), we are very proud of our wonderful and dedicated Fundraising & Awareness Teams.
Without support from our fundraising teams and the public we would not be able to continue our important work. We ask our supporters to help raise much needed funds so that we can provide more therapies and keep the waiting times for appointments as low as possible – this is why your help and support is so important to us!
We currently have three ‘Fundraising and Awareness Groups’ and we would love you, your families and your friends to join one of our groups where you live. Helping us to create awareness and raise vital and important funds for our centre. It is also nice to meet others who use the centre and share experiences.

If you live within the area for any of these groups or just 20 mins drive away, we would really welcome your help. Please do join our group to meet like-minded people and help to raise funds and create awareness of our important work.
Please tell your family, friends, colleagues, workplace, children’s schools, local business’ about us and ask them if they can support us with fundraising and/or donations, so we can keep waiting times down and continue to help and support those with devastating muscle wasting conditions.
If you would like to do your own fundraising event, take part in a sponsored event and/or join one of our local fundraising and awareness teams – we would love to hear from you.
